Tips for Gathering Feedback on Your Wireframe

Once you’ve finished your wireframe, the next step is gathering feedback to make sure it’s easy to use and meets the needs of your users. Here are some simple tips for Vietnamese students to find and gather feedback effectively:

Show It to Friends and Family

Ask your friends, parents, or siblings to try your wireframe. Tell them to imagine they are using the app for real and to complete basic tasks (e.g., searching for a word, navigating through screens).

  • Questions to Ask:

    • “Was it easy to find what you needed?”

    • “Did anything feel confusing or hard to use?”

Test with Different Age Groups

If your app is designed for both younger and older users, ask people from both groups to give feedback. For example:

  • Grandparents: “Can you read the text clearly? Are the buttons big enough?”

  • Friends: “Is this fun to use? Would you explore more features?”

Observe How They Use It

Instead of explaining your wireframe, let testers explore it on their own. Watch how they interact with it:

  • Do they hesitate or get stuck?

  • Do they click in the right places?

Write Down All Feedback

Take notes on what people say and do. Pay attention to repeated suggestions or common problems. Use these to improve your wireframe.

Gathering feedback helps turn a good wireframe into a great one. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and improve!
